All models adjusted for proportion age 65 years and older, COVID-19 case rate, population size and zip code latitude and longitude coordinates. Percentage poor, percentage with household Income>$200K and percentage with prior health conditions were rescaled such that a unit change reflects a 10 percentage point change.
