AB  - The African migrant communities in Europe face many challenges including poor health outcomes. Migrant community leaders can play a crucial role in addressing the health needs of their community members. In this paper, we described Sub-Saharan African migrant community leaders’ action to improve the health of their faith-based community members in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
