AB  - In this paper we describe the validation of three sources of immunisation data in a study of whooping cough in West Glamorgan. The least reliable source was that of the general practitioners and the best was that of the parents, but the area health authority source should be used in future studies provided that sufficient time is allowed for the relevant information to reach the computer.
