    One sided interpretation of the results

    Dear Editor,

    In the study the decision to exclude the data of subject who had BMI less than 18,5 at the end of the study is a wrong one. The extreme weight on both sides of the spectrum may be symptoms of the chronic disease, and if inclusion criteria are met, data from all subjects to be analyzed.
