These toxicants can cause DNA damage, transformation of cytogenetic information, a variety of cancers, and so on [4–6]. Thus, research on detecting and evaluating the toxicity of cigarette smoke has attracted much attention and become an extremely urgent subject to investigate in terms of its influence on human health and the production of less harmful cigarettes.
