Ethnicity, race and health in multicultural societies. Foundations for better epidemiology, public health and health care

Addressing the inequities that create and sustain ethnic disparities in health is an ongoing challenge in public health. The issues are often emotive because they deal with globalisation, nationalism, racism and migration and, ultimately, they raise questions about the allocation of limited resources.
